I heard about Safe Basements from a neighbor who had them install their water control system in his basement. He showed me the results, & highly recommended their services to me. I called them to schedule an appointment, & the next day Brian was at my house to see what it would take to do mine. He was very good to work with, & came up with an estimate I knew I could work with. When the crew (Ben, Colton, Hunter, Joel, Michael & Nick) came to work on it, they were very professional, very efficient & even fun to work with! They started that morning & completed it the same day, which I thought was very impressive! I had unexplained water leaking into my finished basement and I had called a few different places to provide me with quotes thinking that I had a foundation issue. Jon Stifter from SafeBasements was the third person to come out to diagnose my issue. Within 5 minutes of being in my home, he was able to tell me that my foundation was not the issue. I was shocked since I had already received two other quotes to rip out walls and jackhammer my basement floor to install a new drainage system and triple sump pump. (Turns out that my water heater had a slow leak that had been draining for quite some time under the wall and had finally saturated my carpet enough to be noticeable.) A huge THANK YOU to Jon Stifter for his knowledge and more importantly his honesty! He was very straightforward and answered all the additional questions I had about my sump pump. He made some suggestions for upgrades including a battery backup, but did not make me feel pressured in any way. It is very reassuring to know there are people like Jon and businesses like SafeBasements that still make customer service a priority! I didn’t need my foundation repaired, but I will most certainly be trusting Safe Basements to install my new sump pump!!

John came for his initial assessment of my basement that looked like a scary horror movie set aka “the PIT”! John discussed what needed to be done and was very helpful with many suggestions. This has been in my honey do list for a long long time. Once i signed and agreed to the contract within hours, Pam reached out to me to set up the day the work would start, which was only a few days. She was able to pull the permit.The crew reached out the morning of the day work was to begin to give me updates to their arrival time. Once they arrived John, the foreman, who has been with safe basements for 13 years, gave me updates of what they were going to do step by step. Crew of John, Kieran and Luke were very respectful of making sure to get the dirt and rock in/out in the most efficient way possible by using a basement window instead of going up and down the stairs thru the house. I was very appreciative that all the rocks, dirt and supplies didn’t have to go thru my house! And I know hauling the dirt and rock was allot of work!!!After two days I now have a beautiful clean space, that I will no longer have to worry about water intrusion, all thanks to safe basements. Before the crew left, John went over the sump pump mechanics and discussed the install in further detail. The entire team was even approved by my very opinionated Airedales!!😁I am so happy with the work done and I no longer have that ugly basement! Highly reccommend safe basements and their team!

I was incredibly impressed with Eddie's knowledge, can-do attitude, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile all in our first meeting together at my home. Eddie spent time not only to understand my needs, but spent the time, collecting pictures and videos along the way to show me. I could not be happier with the work done by and the crews of SafeBasements. Bryce Beck was in charge both days with 2 different crews and I'm terribly sorry that I can only remember one other name, Kevin. They were polite, friendly, and very hard working. When they first arrived I should have had my lab kenneled and he got out. The crew got in their truck and helped me hunt him down. Bryce also felt that a portion of my basement included in the estimate did not actually need to be worked on. I appreciate his integrity more than you can know. Shane was the original point man. He showed great expertise and compassion as I am a widow and not knowledgeable about what was needed, as well as the fact that this was an unexpected and unwelcome expense. The gal who scheduled the work was also really sweet. I wholeheartedly recommend SafeBasements!

Had basement wall failing and safe basements gave me a free estimate. They were hired and sent out a crew led by Michael Schmidt. His follow through and work detail were top notch. A couple of hick ups and he worked through the issue to make sure we were satisfied. Gotta say, I feel 1000% better hanging out in the house knowing Michael was on the job! We had tile put all around the basement edges. The person who came to give the quote was very helpful in explaining what he was seeing, what needed to be done and answering all questions. They scheduled us in very quickly and the team of workers (Matt, Cody, and Mike) were very courteous and hard working. They kept things picked up and clean at they worked and left the basement in great shape. They answered all the questions we had along the way.I would recommend to anyone.I am so excited not to have to worry about water clean up after the next big rain! Thanks for the great work guys!

I had some water leakage coming from my foundation. I called SafeBasements and they came out and figured out the issues with my foundation drainage. They had a solution to the problem with an outstanding price compared to other companies. They worked out a date and time frame that worked with me and came out to complete the job fast, effectively and efficiently. They even covered up and closed off the area with plastic to not have dust come up! Finished job was outstanding! I know I’ll never have any further issues going forward; and lifetime warranty! Great company and workers definitely.
