I could not be happier with the work done by and the crews of SafeBasements. Bryce Beck was in charge both days with 2 different crews and I'm terribly sorry that I can only remember one other name, Kevin. They were polite, friendly, and very hard working. When they first arrived I should have had my lab kenneled and he got out. The crew got in their truck and helped me hunt him down. Bryce also felt that a portion of my basement included in the estimate did not actually need to be worked on. I appreciate his integrity more than you can know. Shane was the original point man. He showed great expertise and compassion as I am a widow and not knowledgeable about what was needed, as well as the fact that this was an unexpected and unwelcome expense. The gal who scheduled the work was also really sweet. I wholeheartedly recommend SafeBasements!

Had basement wall failing and safe basements gave me a free estimate. They were hired and sent out a crew led by Michael Schmidt. His follow through and work detail were top notch. A couple of hick ups and he worked through the issue to make sure we were satisfied. Gotta say, I feel 1000% better hanging out in the house knowing Michael was on the job! Because of a high water table in our area, rain exceeding 1.75" in a 24-hour period would cause water to seep in at the floor level under the concrete block wall along a section of our basement. The SafeBasement's team removed the concrete floor adjacent to the wall, inserted their specialized tile system, and attached it to our existing drain tile system to channel any water table intrusion directly into our sump system.

We had tile put all around the basement edges. The person who came to give the quote was very helpful in explaining what he was seeing, what needed to be done and answering all questions. They scheduled us in very quickly and the team of workers (Matt, Cody, and Mike) were very courteous and hard working. They kept things picked up and clean at they worked and left the basement in great shape. They answered all the questions we had along the way.I would recommend to anyone.I am so excited not to have to worry about water clean up after the next big rain! Thanks for the great work guys!

I had some water leakage coming from my foundation. I called SafeBasements and they came out and figured out the issues with my foundation drainage. They had a solution to the problem with an outstanding price compared to other companies. They worked out a date and time frame that worked with me and came out to complete the job fast, effectively and efficiently. They even covered up and closed off the area with plastic to not have dust come up! Finished job was outstanding! I know I’ll never have any further issues going forward; and lifetime warranty! Great company and workers definitely.

Pam was friendly and thorough as she helped schedule the installation - which happened surprisingly quickly! From initial call to install, I think it only took 9 days (which included a holiday). Matt, Cody, and Mike were professional, not in a hurry, and answered questions I had. The installation looks good, and hopefully the system will solve the issues I had.
